Rhomberg intelligent can line sensors have been specifically designed and developed for detecting the presence and movement of cans on high-speed automated can making and can filling lines. When interfaced with a PLC, the sensor's integrated intelligence releases the PLC from time-consuming computing activities. The wide body construction also makes the sensor suitable for missing crown detection on beer bottle filling lines. (Available in DC NPN or PNP formats).
